Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest.
Physical fitness has many components and it is related to performance or health. In relation to one's athletic skills, performance-related fitness is related to one's athletic performance.
In contrast, health-related health is regulated as health and a habit of physical activity has a positive or negative effect. Given the complexity of physical fitness and the current epidemiological analysis, health-related fitness will be the focus of this debate.
