Native eggs useful or white eggs?

Do you consider native eggs, ie brown or brown eggs, to have more health benefits than whites?

If so, this is not surprising as most people think that domestic eggs are more health-promoting than white eggs because they are more expensive.
However, the fact is that the two are equal in terms of medical benefits, but their color is different due to the genes of chickens are different.

This claim has come to light in research conducted in the United States.
Research from Cornell University in New York has shown that there is no clear difference in the diet of eggs of both colors.

According to research, although native eggs are high in omega-3 fatty acids, this difference is nominal compared to white. In fact, the color of eggs is determined by genes.

Yes, hens with white wings lay white eggs. Similarly, native or dark-colored hens such as black or brown hens lay such brown eggs.

These eggs are more expensive than white eggs in price, not because they are healthier. This is because such laying hens consume more food than their white cousins, or to put it another way, it costs more to raise.

So as the cost of raising them increases, so will the price of these indigenous eggs. However, in terms of health, it may or may not be better than white eggs, but their taste is definitely different.
