A healthy sleep routine is very good for the heart

London: If you are over 30 years old, it is important to get a good night's sleep and make healthy sleep your routine to keep your heart strong. A survey of more than 400,000 British men and women found that healthy sleep can reduce the risk of heart failure by up to 42% compared to others.

All doctors agree that seven to eight hours of sleep a day is essential for a healthy adult. In this regard, waking up early, avoiding insomnia, avoiding daytime sleep and avoiding snoring are called deep, calm and healthy sleep.

All of these habits can reduce the overall risk of heart failure by up to 42%. The study is published in the American Heart Association's research journal Circulation. Heart failure causes the heart to become weak, the heart to increase in volume and its ability to pump blood to be affected.

The disease is chronic and rapidly progressing, severely affecting daily life. The data looked at 408,802 people aged 37 to 73 who were at the British Biobank. Then the patients were examined till April 1, 2019 and all the patients were examined for the full 10 years.

During this period, 5221 people fell victim to heart failure. Scientists also looked at sleep patterns and patterns of fluctuations. Bedtime and waking routines were also taken into account. Based on all this information, the best and worst sleep were rated and numbered.

This was done by Liu Qiaoi and his colleagues at the Center for Obesity at Tulin University. It has been found that waking up early in the morning is very useful while sleeping for more than an hour a day has a bad effect on the heart, but research on millions of people has shown that good sleep is very important for a healthy heart.
