Eating too many eggs increases the risk of dangerous diseases

Eggs are one of the most popular breakfast foods worldwide and are also very good for health.

Eating too many eggs can lead to life-threatening diseases such as diabetes. The claim was made in a medical study in Australia.

A study conducted by the University of South Australia in collaboration with China Medical University and the University of Qatar from 1991 to 2009 analyzed the effects of eating eggs in Chinese adults.

They found that people who were accustomed to eating one or more eggs a day had a 60% increased risk of diabetes.

The rate of diabetes in China has now reached 11%, higher than the global average of 8.5%.

The researchers said that the increase in the rate of diabetes is worrying.

He said that it has already been proven that diet plays an important role in the development of type 2 diabetes, so it is important to understand the nutrients that can play a role in the spread of the disease.

He added that although the link between egg-eating and diabetes is often debated, the study analyzed long-term egg-eating habits and the risk of developing diabetes.

"We found that eating eggs on a long-term basis (more than 38 grams a day) increased the risk of diabetes in Chinese adults by 25 percent," he said.

"In addition, adults who are accustomed to eating too many eggs (more than 50 grams a day) have a 60 percent increased risk of diabetes," he said.

According to research, this effect is more noticeable in women than men.

The researchers said that the results suggest that eating more eggs may increase the risk of diabetes, but more research is needed into this relationship.
