Want to make your kids taller? So take care of good food from childhood.

The study, by Imperial College London, looked at the height and weight of school-age children and adolescents around the world. The study looked at data from a total of 65 million children aged 5 to 19 in 193 countries, and found that their height and weight could be used to gauge their health and dietary quality. The study found that the world's tallest and shortest nations have a gap of 20 cm between 19-year-olds, representing a gap of 8 years in girls and 6 years in boys. ۔ For example, research has revealed that the average height of 19-year-old girls in Bangladesh and Guatemala (the world's shortest girls' countries) is equal to the average height of an 11-year-old girl in the Netherlands. The Netherlands is the country with the tallest boys and girls in the world. The research team said that various eating habits in childhood, especially lack of quality food, affect development and lead to childhood obesity, which affects a child's health and personality for life. The study included data from 1985 to 2019 and found that the countries with the tallest people in 19 years were the regions of northwestern and central Europe, including the Netherlands, Denmark and Iceland.

In comparison, the shorter countries include most of South, Southeast Asia, Latin America and East Africa. The countries that have seen significant improvements in the average height of children over a 35-year period are emerging economies such as China, South Korea and parts of Southeast Asia. For example, in 2019, China's 19-year-olds are 8 cm taller than in 1985. In contrast, most parts of Africa have seen a decline in the height of boys over the decades. The study also found that 19-year-olds in the Middle East, Pacific Islands, the United States and the United Kingdom had the highest body weight in the world, while South Asian youth had the lowest rate in the world. The researchers said that the analysis also revealed that in many countries, children under the age of 5 have a slight increase in height while gaining weight. He said that the most important reason for this is lack of proper and healthy food or lack of attention and the school environment, however, the height and weight of the child is closely related to the child's diet. He said that in some countries the development of children up to the age of 5 years is healthy but they lag behind in school hours, which proves that school-age and boyhood age are higher than before school. There is no balance in the diet of the children I reach. He said that a healthy diet would help children to grow taller and not gain weight, adding that policies needed to increase the availability of such foods and reduce their prices.
