Reveals a strong link between physical and mental health

LONDON: Extensive surveys have found that heart, muscle, muscle and body fitness are directly linked to mental health. If a person is not fit, their mental health can be severely affected.

Otherwise, not being physically fit increases the risk of psychological and mental disorders such as depression and anxiety. The study looked at 150,000 people.

According to the final results, if the condition of the heart and respiration is better, the human muscles are strong, then the mental health will be just as good and if the physical condition is weak, then it will also have an effect on the mental health.

In medicine, it is often said that a healthy body gives birth to a healthy mind. The study, which looked at millions of people, was published in the British Medical Journal.

It explores the relationship between physical fitness and mental health, but also raises many more questions that need to be answered.

In this regard, an extensive database of the relationship between physical activity, fitness and mental health has been observed for many years.

All data is taken from Biobank. It looked at cardiovascular health and mental health data for people in Britain, Scotland and Wales between the ages of 40 and 69.

Before and after the study, they were put on a static exercise cycle for six minutes to find out their breathing and heart condition.

In addition, research was done on the grip of their hands. Seven years later, participants were contacted again and asked for questionnaires about depression and anxiety.

It was found that participants who were in poor physical health had higher levels of depression, sadness and depression.
